From the 2014 Winter Classic in Ann Arbor, we have Dan Cleary’s game-worn jersey, gloves, helmet, pant shells, socks and locker nameplate. With size tagging affixed to the collar, there’s also a Reebok patch situated on the back neckline. Featuring attractive font “Detroit” felt letters appliqued with tackle twill stitching, arching over the famous winged-wheel, with the 2014 Winter Classic patch resting over the right shoulder. Just light game-use is exhibited with a few board burns and dark marks present, isolated to the sleeves. The team stamp sits on the inside hem along with a MeiGray patch numbered K06224, and a matching COA will accompany.
The gloves are Warrior models in Red Wings solid red, with Dan’s girls name’s “Elle” and “Lola” embroidered onto the left and right glove respectively. Showing light but solid use, there are a few marks present on and around the palms. The pant shells are in excellent condition, with NHL and Red Wings patches on the right leg. Next are the Reebok socks, they remain blemish free, with handwritten “71” on each. The included helmet is an Easton model with interior padding, strapping and visor present. With just a few marks, the helmet features decals including “71”, “Red Wings” and the Winter Classic decal near the right ear. Lastly, we have Cleary’s locker room nameplate, and it remains in excellent condition with “71” and a Red Wings logo.
