Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction February 2016
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/23/2016
Considered by many to be the best two-way player in the world while in his prime, Peter Forsberg can add winning a Calder, Hart and Art Ross Trophy to his list of accomplishments. This Easton Synergy stick was game-used by Forsberg in the early-2000’s while a member of the Avalanche. Composite in construction, the Pro Stock stick features “Forsberg” and “21” positioned on the upper shaft in factory graphics. The original tape on the shaft/knob has been retained, while the tape has been removed from the blade so that Peter could add a large and flowing silver marker signature. In beautiful overall condition, the stick exhibits some wear to the shaft, along with a few spots of red goal post paint transfer positioned just above the heel.
