The No. 1 pick in the 2002 NHL draft, left wing Rick Nash used this early-2000s Louisville TPS Response gamer at the outset of his career with the Columbus Blue Jackets. With “Nash” factory graphics on the shaft and Rick’s original tape jobs on the knob and blade, this is the type of stick he used during his 2002-03 rookie season and on into part of 2003-04, his sophomore season when he claimed his share of the Maurice “Rocket” Richard Trophy after scoring 41 goals and tying for the league lead with Jarome Iginla and Ilya Kovalchuk. Nice wear to the bottom edge of the tape job on the blade that displays more game use in the form of various marks. The outer wrap of blue gauze tape on the knob has come loose at the bottom. A cool rookie-era game-used stick from one of the NHL’s most dynamic stars.
