Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction November 2015
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/3/2015
With an explosive breakout season in 1992-93 with Winnipeg, Teemu Selanne finished his rookie campaign with an astounding 132 points in 84 games, and he would finish his 22 year career with 1457 combined goals and assists, averaging more than a point a game. This Easton S19 model stick was game-used by Selanne circa 2010 while with the Ducks. With the original black tape on the blade and white tape on upper shaft, “Selanne” with his number “8” appear on the upper shaft in factory graphics, as well as a handwritten “8” in marker, and an added “4” on top of the stick. Game-use is visible with wear to the tape on the blade, as well as a few marks on the shaft from contact with other sticks, and Selanne has added a nice silver sharpie signature over the heel section of the blade.
