Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction November 2015
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/3/2015
Not since The Great One had a player’s arrival in the NHL been so anticipated, with Eric Lindros making his NHL debut in 1992-93 with Philadelphia. This lot contains a trinity of game-used Lindros sticks including a Titan example that was used early in his career. First we have a pair of Bauer Supreme 3003 model sticks, one white and the other black in colour. Both have their original tape jobs on the shafts and blades, and both show solid game-use. The black example is stamped “E. Lindros”, with the back of the shaft experiencing a section of lost wood. The white Bauer has been stamped “Lindros”, and Eric has added a nice black marker signature across the blade. The Titan model stick, an earlier model used by Lindros also has its original tape job with good game-wear noticeable, with abrasions on the shaft. Stamped “Lindros”, the top of the shaft has been thinned, and Eric has signed across the taped blade in black marker.
