Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction November 2015
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/3/2015
Defenseman Ian White’s photo-matched 2009-10 Maple Leafs game-worn jersey is from Toronto’s first season set of white road jerseys, as per the team LOA that accompanies it. Size 56 flag tag sits in the back of the neck of White’s gamer, which is matched by several action photos to the long black mark on the right sleeve elbow area, the small black mark above the No. 7 on the right sleeve, and the black mark to the left of the same number 7. The MeiGray NHL Game-Worn patch sewn inside the rear tail has a registry number that corresponds to the one on the accompanying LOA.
More photo matches includes the three black marks on the left sleeve just below the lower blue stripe, to the hole on the aforementioned blue stripe on two different photos. More game wear shows in black marks on the left rear tail, two team repairs, including one on each sleeve, which both display board burns. There is evidence of a former alternate captain's "A" removed from the left breast.
