Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2015

The legendary CH logo sits atop the title, “Nouveau Forum de Montreal”, on these plans for the new Montreal Forum, which ultimately opened as the Molson Centre. Now known as the Bell Centre, this thick 17” x 24” contains pages and pages of plans for the concession areas, storage and equipment for food services in the new home of the Montreal Canadiens, that opened in 1996. There are several pages that were torn out after the cover page and first page, but the rest remain in place with detailed renderings of areas throughout the immense building related to concessions and food services. Some obvious handling on the cover and edges, this remains a piece of history from the most storied hockey team’s move from the Forum to its new downtown arena nearly 20 years ago.
