A long and interesting career including time spent with Khimik Voskresensk, Dynamo Moscow, Vityaz Chekhov as well as the Habs, Markov was considered the best defenseman in Russia at the time he made the move to the Canadiens. We here at Classic are proud to offer the 2008 World Champion's 2014-15 game-worn and photo-matched jersey with the important Beliveau memorial patch. With size 58 tagging in the collar, and added handwritten "1" for set 1, this garment has the proper team patch on the lower inner hem, and customized Velcro patches located in each inner cuff. The all important circular Beliveau memorial patch is affixed to the right breast. Game wear is present that can be positively photo-matched on the left sleeve, including a number of black marks just below Markov's number, as well as a series that continues down the inner part of the sleeve. These aforementioned marks can be matched to images ranging from Oct. 11th to Dec. 5th. An important garment, especially considering Andrei's status and for the fact that it was worn at a time that paid proper homage to a true Montreal legend. If you were ever considering owning a true bleu-blanc-rouge uniform, then this important and outstanding example is definitely for you. LOA's from both the Montreal Canadiens and Classic Auctions will accompany this jersey.
