Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2015
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/17/2015
A very intriguing item is available here, in the form of Jeff Carter's 2005-06 Philadelphia Flyers rookie season game-worn jersey. This was the first NHL/Flyers sweater Carter wore, making it very collectible. It was donned for a battle against New York on October 5 2005, a game in which Carter played 21 shifts, for a total of 16 minutes and 26 seconds. With just light wear to mention, this jersey also sports a "Cares" Katrina Relief Fund patch over the right breast, as well as a COA from the NHLPA. A size 56 tag appears in the collar, as does an Air-Knit laundry tag. This rookie sweater also has a MeiGray Group tag on the lower inner hem, with inventory number.
