Striking red and cream lined Team Canada windbreaker was worn by the late Gary Bergman, one of seven Canadian players to suit up for all eight games against the Soviets in the historic 1972 Summit Series. From Bergman’s personal collection, his official team jacket has a red nylon maple leaf rising from the waist, identical to the design of Canada’s game jerseys. The left breast is embroidered "Team Equipe Canada" while a scripted "G. Bergman" is embroidered inside. "Norman Beal Sports Ltd." tagging and size 44 flag tag sit in the lining in the neck area. Featuring elastic knit cuffs, waistband and collar, this historic jacket has a working zipper. Comes with an LOA from the Bergman family.
