Brett Hull was wearing this 2001-02 Detroit Red Wings playoff game-worn jersey when he hoisted the Stanley Cup overhead for the second time in his career! Hull’s Red Wings #17 white home gamer is the one he wore for Games 2 and 5 of the 2002 Stanley Cup Final against Carolina. The Golden Brett contributed 18 points, including a league-leading 10 playoff goals. The numerous long black marks on the front of Hull’s game-worn jersey provide the matches to one photo from Game 2 on June 6, and four photos of Brett with the Stanley Cup at the end of Game 5 on June 13. Included are a pair of 11x14 photos, one of which shows the many marks on the front of the jersey. There are five team repairs on the right sleeve and two more on the left sleeve. Comes with Brett Hull’s signed LOA.
Size 56 flag tag and screened “1” in red vinyl are in the back of the neck and the 2002 Stanley Cup Finals patch is sewn on the right breast. The Red Wings 2001-2002 Authentic Game Jersey Playoff Set team patch is heat-screened inside the rear hem and the fight strap remains whole.
