Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2015
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/25/2015
The card that dealers wished they had a dozen of – and that wouldn’t even be enough to meet demand(!) – is considered one of the most important of the modern era and of course pictures Bobby Orr, the young man who revolutionized the game of hockey. This example of card #35 from 1966-67 has centering issues to go along with multiple light creases and corner/edge wear and grades G. Free of any writing, paper loss, holes or other major flaws, it features a classic riveting image and will no doubt please its new owner when it is delivered.
