Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2015
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/25/2015
The current high bids for the cumulative group of sublots, $15,694.00, is currently higher than the total for the set, $0.00 (this lot is currently winning)
Listed in the four figures (in EX-MT condition) in one guide is the rare Bee Hive photo of Jerry Brown, an Edmonton native listed as “Gerry” in the record books, the latter revealing that the left winger got into 13 games with Detroit in 1941-42. A tiny wrinkle and a one-inch bend in the picture itself are to mention here, along with corner/edge wear and two creases, notably one small one in the lower left corner of the backing, where minor soiling is spotted. With reportedly only a few Brown Bee Hive photos known to have surfaced in the hobby, this stirring piece represents a tremendous opportunity.
