Future HOFer Jarome Iginla wore this photo-matched 2006 Olympics Team Canada game-worn alternate captain’s jersey for three of his country’s six games in Turin, Italy. Iginla was wearing this gamer when he scored twice in Canada’s 7-2 win against Italy in their preliminary round opener Feb. 15, and again against Switzerland on Feb. 18, and Russia on Feb. 22. Photo match clearly shows the black mark above the number “1” on the right shoulder. Nike Swift Team Canada uniform featuring ground-breaking technology has size 58 screened in the back of the neck along with IIHF tagging. Nike barcode is screened inside the rear tail. More game wear shows in black marks on the sleeves and a few between the numbers on the back. Comes with an LOA signed by Hockey Canada president Bob Nicholson.
Fight strap remains complete as does Laundry instruction flag tag on the inside left hip seam.
