Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2015
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/25/2015
Veteran NHLer Scott Hartnell wore this WHL Prince Albert Raiders jersey in his 2nd and final year of junior, 1999-2000, before graduating the following year to the team he was drafted by, the Nashville Predators. Tagged in the collar as a “Bauer (size) 54” and with Bauer and CHL patches on the hem, this cool gamer shows a stitched repair in the collar, several unrepaired holes on the sleeves, and numerous marks and board burns scattered about, proving that even then, this was a player who liked to get his nose dirty.
Hartnell would spend 2 seasons with the Raiders, collecting 126 points overall, and after making the leap to the NHL would spend 6 seasons with Nashville and 7 in Philadelphia before being traded to Columbus in the summer of 2014.
