Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2015

This gorgeous circa late-1960s IHL Port Huron Flags red durene gamer is an absolutely fantastic game-worn minor league jersey find. “Olympic Detroit” tagging typical of that era sits in the back of the neck of this beauty featuring a spectacular “The Flags” team crest, featuring red sewn-on twill with elaborate embroidery that displays intricate cable stitching. What a beauty! We count about a dozen team repairs throughout the jersey which exhibits plenty of game wear yet remains a magnificent display piece.
There are five team repairs on the right sleeve and another pair on the left sleeve. Number 11 is sewn-on twill on the back and both sleeves. Various unrepaired holes on the front tail and lower sleeves do not diminish this awesome minor league game-worn jersey’s display.
