A nice collection of 8 Leafs sticks from the ‘60s and ‘70s offered here that includes a late-1960s Murray Oliver, CCM Custom game-used stick with blade and knob tape, and along with “Oliver 11” stamped on the upper shaft, has “Browns Sports, Toronto” stamped below. Nice stick with a small scattering of marks, and with the accent stripes now gone. Also from the late-1960s is defenceman Jim Dorey’s game-used CCM stick (also with “Browns”), with original knob tape but none on the blade which shows cracks and damage. A trio of early-1970s Maple Leafs Sher-Wood sticks, in excellent condition, all have printed facsimile signatures lining the shafts that include Jacques Plante, Paul Henderson, Guy Trottier, Brad Selwood, Bernie Parent, and many more. An unused oldtimers Louisville stick in excellent condition is signed on the blade in dark marker by Brit Selby, Mike Walton, Johnny Bower, Bob Nevin, Norm Ullman, Paul Henderson, Bobby Baun, Billy Harris, Ed Shack, Ed Litzenberger and 1 other. A game-used CCM Custom Pro with vintage tape on the knob and a few strands on the blade has “Dorey 8” crossed out and a handwritten “Payette” added. Jean Payette toiled in the Leafs farm system with Leaf affiliates Phoenix Roadrunners and Tulsa Oilers in the late-60s. And finally, a game-used CCM Custom Pro with vintage tape on the blade and knob, plenty of game marks, and a handwritten “Moser 42” on the upper shaft. Ernie Moser played with the Central Hockey League Tulsa Oilers in the late-60s, early-70s after being drafted by the Leafs in 1969.
