Defenseman Milan Kajkl wore this Team Czechoslovakia gamer while playing for his national team during the mid- to late-1970s. Kajkl, who has signed in black marker inside the jersey, won an Olympic silver medal in 1976 and played in the inaugural Canada Cup as the Czechs put on a strong showing before falling to the powerhouse host Team Canada. Kajkl’s classic Czechoslovakia game-worn jersey is an untagged tie-neck knit affair with sewn-on team crest on the front and white, blue, and red drop-shadow number "17" sewn on the back and sleeves all showing puckering. Comes with a Classic Auctions LOA.
Game wear includes board burns, burn holes and blue paint transfer on the right sleeve. There is a reddish-brown stain on the bottom right portion of the number “7” sewn on the back.
