Circa 1980-81 Swedish national team jersey was worn by defenseman Jan Lindholm. This heavy stretchy knit creation has its original Tibas tagging sewn on the upper right sleeve as well as the manufacturer’s laundry instruction and “6” flag tags sewn inside the right seam. A “V 65” patch is sewn onto the left breast while the heat-screened sponsor’s patch on the upper back has some cracking and vinyl loss. Red and blue paint transfer and five team repairs highlight the nice game wear. Comes with a Classic Auctions LOA.
There is a four-inch long team repair on the left sleeve outlined by red paint transfer, with more red and blue paint transfer on the sleeve. The right sleeve has a four-inch long team repair along the upper blue stripe below the number 4, and three more team repairs further down the sleeve.The back of the jersey has board burns with blue paint transfer on the left side, and reddish-brown stains to the right of the number 4. Team crest on the front and numbers on the back and sleeves are heat-screened vinyl.
