Fine threesome of sticks includes a “Pattern Made Pro” goaltender’s stick with “Richardson’s Forsports” printed on the shaft, “Toronto Marlboros Memorial Cup Champions 1966-67” in big black lettering on the blade, and with approximately 25 vintage signatures in blue from the championship Marlies squad (who defeated Port Arthur 4 game to 1), including the likes of Brad Park, Brian Glennie, Gerry Meehan, Gary Edwards, Mike Pelyk, coach Gus Bodnar, GM Jim Gregory, plus King, Davies, Kelly, Whidden, Osborne, Barrett, Hamill, Caffrey, and many more. The signatures are basically clear and legible, with smudging on some examples. Next is a CCM goalie stick from 1972-73 with vintage white tape on the knob and a couple of black strips on the paddle, and includes approximately 17 signatures from the 1972-73 Memorial Cup-winning squad, with Marty Howe, John Hughes, Kevin Devine, Tom Edur and coach Frank Bonello signing in black marker while others in blue ballpoint include Mark Howe, Wayne Dillon, Paulin Bordeleau, Marrin, Reilly, Neville, Owchar, Decloe, Goldup, and White. Nice stick with legible autographs. Finally, a vintage souvenir stick labeled as “Toronto Marlboros” and “Victoriaville”, in great condition with no cracks or damage, but with parts of the accent stripes missing. A fine trio of sticks from the legendary Ontario junior team.
