Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2015
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/25/2015
Worn by Leafs goalie James Reimer in a backup role during the November 8, 2013 Hall of Fame Game at the ACC is this blue home jersey with an embroidered Reebok patch on the back collar, while on the inside collar is a size “58” flap and a “Goalie Style” flap (with a handwritten “+2”), along with a team bar code tag. This tie-neck gamer, showing a small puck mark on the crest, also includes the “2013 HOF Induction” patch sewn on the right breast, while on the inside hem is a Leafs “Official Game-Worn Jersey” patch with numbers matching the accompanying team COA signed by Leafs Equipment Manager Brian Papineau. Also included is a pair of Leafs game-worn socks.
Please note, the game-worn socks are a pair used by a Leafs player in an NHL game but not necessarily by Reimer, and also comes with a team COA. This Hall of Fame Game saw the Leafs edge the Devils 2-1 in the shootout.
