Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2014

Sensational fire engine red usher’s jacket from Montreal’s Molson Centre, now known of course as the Bell Centre. This jacket, with the embroidered “Centre Molson” patch sewn on the left breast, is dated on an inside pocket as 15/01/96, along with a name and size 44, and shows no wear , marks, or holes. The Molson/Bell Centre, the Montreal Canadiens’ new home following their years at the iconic Forum, opened on March 16, 1996 and was know as the Molson Centre until changing the name to the Bell Centre in 2002. What an opportunity to own a terrific usher’s jacket from the arena’s first year in existence. Such a fab garment, destined to become even more fab as the years fly by.
