Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2014
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/25/2014
From the Alalama Slammers, a team in the short-lived WHA2, comes a game-worn jersey worn by number 2 Tom Wilson in the 2003-04 campaign, which unfortunately was the only campaign for both the team and the league, making this game-worn jersey a rare bird indeed. Tagged in the collar as a size 58, this gamer, in Colorado Avalanche colors, features a beauty of a Slammers crest on the front, with the triple tackle twill number “2” on the back and arms, and a single tackle twill nameplate. The “A” on the shoulder represents “Alabama”. This gamer shows light game wear with only a few light marks on the elbows and some pilling on the hem to note.
