Terrific New York Rangers tie-neck game-worn jersey donned by Mike York during the 2001-02 season when he would play 69 games with the Blueshirts before heading to northern Alberta to join the Edmonton Oilers. Tagged in the collar as a size 54, this gamer, featuring the red, white, and blue 9/11 ribbon patch sewn on the left shoulder, shows marks and stains, particularly on the hem, with marks to be found on the back and sleeves as well. York’s alternate captain “A” is sewn on the left breast. “Rangers/MeiGray 2001-02 Set 2” and "Rangers Game Jersey Set 2 2001-02 Season" patches are sewn on the inside hem and jersey comes with an LOA from the Rangers with numbered hologram which matches the enclosed MeiGray Certificate of Registration.
