Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2014

Czech-born center Jiri Hudler donned this white Set 1 Red Wings jersey during his first handful of games with the Detroit squad in 2003-04 after originally being drafted in 2002. Hudler would don this jersey during his initial 12 games spent with the Wings, with the majority of 2003-04 suiting up in the AHL before finally hooking on with the big team for good in 2006-07. Tagged in the collar as a size “52”, this gamer also includes a “1” in the collar alongside a “Hockeytown” registry hologram with numbers that match the numbers found on the enclosed COA from the Detroit Red Wings. An attached store price tag is found in the collar as well. Game marks are scattered along the front hem and on both sleeves, while on the inside of this gamer is an 11-digit number behind the team crest and a Wings “2003-2004 1st Set” patch on the hem. A nice Red Wings game-worn jersey from a solid player who laced ‘em up for five productive seasons in Detroit before moving on.
