Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2014
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/25/2014
What a great little 1930s hockey board game this is, from the Somerville company in London, Ontario, in terrific condition measuring approximately 9 1/2" x 9 1/2", with no marks, tears, creases or any issues whatsoever, complete with wooden puck and 2 wooden dice, and with its original box (measuring 5 1/2" x 10 1/2"), which shows wear on its edges and a tear on each side, but remains firm and unflattened! A cute and simple game, more than 80 years old, with vintage hockey graphics and instructions stating that dice rolls move the puck, with the basic premise that "greatest number of goals in an agreed time wins game!"
