The New York Americans are alive and kicking in this stellar grouping of 16 Madison Square Garden programs from 1929 to the ill-fated franchise's end as the Brooklyn Americans in 1942. Two are solely the program inserts for a pair of Amerks' home games in 1930 while all the others are Americans MSG programs, most with full page player picture inserts featuring the likes of Schriner, Carr and Robertson. Some handling to note with loads of great period pieces and photos to discover. Program inserts (2): March 9, 1930 Americans vs. Black Hawks; November 16, 1930 Americans vs. Maroons (tears on top edge);
1933-34: February 8, 1934 Americans vs. Maple Leafs (partial page cut);
1935-36 (3): including January 26, 1936 Americans vs. Bruins (detached covers that are torn in half along the spine with loose lineup insert, middle pages detached from lower centerfold staple); March 31, 1936 Americans vs. Maple Leafs (Schriner photo / missing page 19/20); one program with no lineup insert and detached centerfold;
