Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2014
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/25/2014
HOF legends Maurice Richard, Ken Dryden, and Dickie Moore are among those who have signed 8 Habs-related pieces in all shapes and sizes, with the Rocket inking his name on the famous 1958 Blueline magazine cover which shows him and son Normand posing in their Habs sweaters. Rocket has also signed 2 1991 Pro Set cards (Punch Line), with 1 signed in gold marker and the other in blue. Three great HOF postcards from 1983 include 2 signed by Dickie Moore and another by Elmer Lach, while Ken Dryden has autographed a 1975 Hockey Illustrated cover. A 3 3/4" x 6" postcard with illustrations of Howe, Beliveau, H. Richard, Cournoyer, Bossy, and Lafleur have been signed by all 6 legends in blue marker, and we're also including an unsigned and unused Forum ticket with Dryden picture gracing it. The 2 Richard-signed Pro Set cards have PSA/DNA labels affixed on the backs, with 1 also having a COA. Rocket’s blue marker signature on the Blueline magazine cover shows some slight smudging, while all others are clear and smudge-free. The Dryden ticket, from the March 16, 1996 game against the Rangers, is complete and in wonderful mark and crease-free condition. Ken Dryden’s 1975 Hockey Illustrated magazine shows just a touch of edge wear in places.
