Huge and exhaustive collection of Hockey News and Canadian Football News newspapers and magazines makes for an almost-complete run from the early 1960s through the late 1970s. The end of the Original Six era, the Maple Leafs’ last Stanley Cup, the Canadiens’ forgotten dynasty, the rise of Bobby Orr and the Big, Bad Bruins, expansion, the WHA, Bobby Hull and Phil Esposito’s scoring records, the 1972 Canada-Russia series, the Broad Street Bullies, Guy Lafleur’s Habs, imagine all the stories and pictures contained in this amazing 15-season run of Hockey News from 1963-64 to 1977-78, with only 6 issues missing from the first 14 seasons! More great stories about CFL greats such as Russ Jackson, Ron Lancaster and so many more are featured in the run of Canadian Football News that is virtually complete from 1963 through 1979. Most editions have their original mailing labels affixed to the cover.
