Bouchard, McNeil, Curry, Olmstead, St. Laurent, Johnson and Moore are among the other facsimile autographs displays along the shaft of this vintage 17 1/2" mini stick which a has charity telethon logo printed on the blade. There is a small pinhole on the top of the “a” in Bouchard’s signature at the top of the shaft and a small drop of pinkish paint on the bottom edge of the blade. Five Quaker Oats photos include individual premium photos of all three members of the Punch Line, namely Toe Blake, Elmer Lach and the Rocket. To note the reverse of the Quaker Oats photos have damage in the form of paper loss and remnants, likely from being removed from a scrapbook or some other form of display. A complete issue of the 1962 Official National Hockey Annual features Jacques Plante and Jean-Guy Talbot on the cover, which has a tear on the bottom edge. A complete 1964-65 Montreal Forum Canadiens calendar is also included and a Habs bench scene is richly illustrated on one page of a 1966-67 Molson promotional calendar, which has a vertical crease fold in the middle.
