New York Islanders game-worn jersey was worn during the 2007-08 season by rookie Blake Comeau, who played three games for the Isles the previous season. A 2006 world junior gold medalist with Team Canada, Comeau contributed 15 points in 51 games during his first full NHL season. Nice wear to report on this gamer from the Islanders’ third season set of white road jerseys, including a black slash mark on the back of the right shoulder which also displays a line of blue paint transfer. A board burn on the back of the left sleeve displays green and red paint transfer in the thin white band. There are a couple of marks on the left sleeve and good pilling is displayed beneath the fight strap inside the rear tail. Attractive tie-neck style has Size 58 CCM flag tag in the neck with “3” written in black marker and a MeiGray NHL game-worn jersey registry patch is sewn inside the rear tail. Comes with an Islanders / MeiGray LOA.
