Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2012
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/30/2012
Pens superstar Jaromir Jagr was selected as a starter for the 1994 All-Star Game played at New York's Madison Square Garden. The crafty center performed admirably during the skills competition but a groin injury suffered while participating in the fastest skater event prevented Jaromir from playing in the game, opening up a spot for Mark Messier. Tagged by CCM and Center Ice in the neck with a size 54 fly tag. Each shoulder is decorated with a commemorative 1994 All Star crest and the chest has the Eastern Conference design at the center. Everything is sewn-on here, including the All-Star shoulder patches and "Jagr" across the nameplate. Jaromir autographed the back in black marker between the numbers of this team-issued uniform.
