Forever-popular will be Topps' 1952 baseball card effort, with this group just five cards away from being a complete run from numbers 192 to 299 and highlighted by the presence of Willie Mays and Yogi Berra cards. The Mays appears VG-EX in our eyes, with light corner/edge wear, a couple of small subtle indentations above "Willie" and a very light quarter-inch ripple - we hesitate to call it a crease, to the left of the name "box", possibly lowering it to VG+. The Berra (VG-EX), Ashburn, Wynn and rest of the near run are generally similar and crease-free, with VG-EX, VG-EX+ and EX the dominating grades. A blue pen mark on the edge of some is to note but can only really be detected when the cards are stacked. A few lower grade throw-ins including one high number are detailed on our website. The one high number is #401-Schultz with multiple creases and paper loss on the back where “Mary” is written in pen. At VG are #s 108, 109, 114 and 121, with 81-Law at G and 105 at F-G.
