Right winger Alexander Suglobov was selected by the New Jersey Devils 56th overall in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft. Suglobov played the five first season of his career in the Russian Superleague before joining the Devils in 2003-04 where he played most of the three next seasons for their farm team, the AHL Albany River Rats. He played the following two seasons for the Maple Leafs and the Marlies. Suglobov represented his country at the 2002 World Junior Championships and at the 2003 World Championships. Considered the European Championships, the Euro Tour is viewed as the annual tune-up for the IIHF World Championships. Suglobov’s white Team Russia jersey has everything sublimated on it, including his surname on a nameplate, and sponsor patches on the shoulders. Game wear includes stick / slash marks noticeable throughout the jersey and what seems to be blood staining to the front of the jersey with some spots on the right sleeve.
