Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2012
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/30/2012
This Kronor Sweden game-worn jersey was worn by Phoenix Coyotes defenseman David Rundblad in the late 2000s. A first-round pick by St. Louis in the 2009 NHL draft, David was dealt to Ottawa, where he played 24 games before he was traded to the Coyotes early in the 2011-12 season. This blue Sweden gamer has Reebok tagging in the neck along with a size 58 flag tag. Tre Kronor logo on the front is sewn-on yellow and white double twill. Svenska Ishockey Forbundet patch is sewn on the left breast. Svenska Spel sponsors’ patches on the shoulders are a heat-pressed velour type of fabric and numbers on the sleeves and back and surname on nameplate are heat-screened vinyl. Light marks on the sleeves are best examples of game wear on this beauty used in international tournament competition by Rundblad, who represented his country in the 2008 U-18 world championships and the 2009 world juniors.
