The "C" is sewn on the left breast of Scott Niedermayer's 2010 Olympic game-worn jersey offered here, which the Team Canada captain wore for his country's 8-2 qualification round win over Germany on February 23. A key contributor to Canada's 2002 gold medal win in Salt Lake City, Scott claimed his second Olympic gold five days later when Sidney Crosby delivered his golden goal to beat the U.S. in overtime. Remarkably lightweight jersey has Nike logo, size 60 and Made In Canada printed in the back of the collar above a sewn-on IIHF tag. Nike's inventory bar code is heat-pressed into the inner rear hem. Best game wear is on left rear tail, with board burns and red and blue paint transfer. Comes with a COA from the NHLPA. More game wear shows in black marks on lower white band of right sleeve, tiny, faint stain on each number on the back, and a mark on right rear tail;
The Canadian Olympic Committee logo is embroidered on a patch sewn onto the right rear tail and a Vancouver 2010 patch is sewn onto the left sleeve. A white Nike logo is sewn on the right breast. Sewn-on double twill numbers are white-and-black on the back and both sleeves. White twill surname letters are glued onto a sewn-on nameplate. The fight strap is intact and a long laundry instruction fly tag is sewn into the inside of the left seam.
