Cool lot of six Gartlan collectibles celebrates Wayne Gretzky passing Gordie Howe in October 1989 as the NHL's all-time points leader. Three plates include a 10 3/4"-diameter limited-edition signed by Wayne and Gordie in gold paint pen. Wayne's autograph is displayed on one of two Gretzky figurines. The large statue has Wayne's original black ink signature on a card displayed on the front of a hockey puck-shaped base. Nicely detailed statue stands just under 10" tall overall and comes with a COA. Both signed pieces are from a limited-edition of 1,851. A smaller figurine is just under 5" tall. Also included is a ceramic hockey card. More details on the web. Three versions of “The Great One” collectible plates featuring artwork by artist Michael J. Taylor include the largest one signed by Wayne and Gordie Howe in gold paint pen, which is numbered 1,608 in a limited-edition of 1,851. Also included are an 8 1/2"-diameter plate with Wayne’s black facsimile signature and a small 3 1/4"-diameter version of the plate;
Larger autographed Gretzky figurine is number 1,287 in a limited-edition of 1,851;
The smaller Gretzky Gartlan figurine is numbered 2,712 of 10,000 on the bottom of the base, which is missing one of its four very small brown round felt pads;
“The Great One” Gartlan ceramic hockey card measures 3 1/2" x 2 3/8” and comes with its plastic stand.
