Great Red Wings memorabilia collection features full and unused tickets for the last game at the Olympia, the first game at the Joe Louis Arena and the 1980 NHL All-Star Game. Also included is a program from the 32nd NHL All-Star Game. This complete program from Gordie Howe's return to Detroit for his final All-Star appearance has the blue ballpoint signatures of HOFer Alex Delvecchio, and Mike Foligno, John Ogrodnick and Willie Huber on the cover. NHL president Clarence Campbell signed Irv Spencer's 1964-65 standard player's contract with the Red Wings, which is also signed by Spencer and Jimmy Skinner. Some crucial pieces for a Red Wings collection. Last game at the Olympia ticket is dated December 15, 1979, $7 mezzanine seat for Quebec vs. Red Wings;
First game at Joe Louis Arena ticket is dated December 27, 1979, $7 seat in section 17;
1980 NHL All-Star Game ticket is $8 standing room ticket dated February 5, 1980;
Campbell’s fountain pen signature appears on Spencer’s contract below the Central Registry date stamp. Spencer, who played 230 regular season games with New York and Detroit, spent the 1964-65 season with the AHL Pittsburgh Hornets. He appeared in one playoff game with the 1964-65 Red Wings;
