Phil and Tony Esposito are among 25 members of Team Canada 1972 who signed a 17 x 25 lithograph titled "When There Were Six" in black marker. Also included in this lot of five prints from Wayne Cashman's personal collection is a 21 3/4" x 30" print titled "Remember The Goal", with both prints signed by artist Douglas Laird. A Team Canada 1972 40th anniversary print signed by artist Daniel Parry measures 17 1/2" x 20 1/2" and is signed by 25, including Summit Series hero Paul Henderson and HOFers Yvan Cournoyer, Frank Mahovlich, Bobby Clarke, Brad Park, Stan Mikita, Serge Savard, Guy Lapointe, Marcel Dionne and coach Harry Sinden. This impressive lot comes with Wayne Cashman's signed LOA as well as individual COAs for the "Remember the Goal" and 40th anniversary prints. “When There Were Six” print is also signed by Sinden, Pete Mahovlich, Mikita, Glennie, Redmond, Awrey, Henderson, Seiling, Stapleton, Ellis, White, Cournoyer, Hadfield, Lapointe, Dionne, Park, Cashman, Guevremont, Hull, Berenson, Martin, Savard and Parise. is numbered “670/1950” and it has a vertical crease through the left side of the print;
The “Remember the Goal” print is numbered “160/500 CE” in pencil, CE for celebrity edition as per the COA. The print has light brownish-red spot stains, primarily on the top and left and right side margins that would be less apparent with suitable framing;
Team Canada 1972 40th anniversary print is also signed by Redmond, Seiling, Pete Mahovlich, Hadfield, Parise, Guevremont, Awrey, Ellis, Stapleton, White, Glennie, Cashman, Hull, Johnston and Berenson;
Rounding out the lot are a pair of Parry prints of Henderson’s Goal of the Century and Phil Esposito. Both measure roughly 11x9.
