“Huge” often means multiples and multiples of the same and that’s true here, with this hoard calling out to an entrepreneurial hobbyist. Canadiens team photos on thin cardboard stock and measuring 5” by 7” are from 1990-91 (12), ’92-93 (10), ’94-95 (18), ’95-96 with Patrick Roy (21), ’95-96 after the Roy trade (22), ’96-97 (17), ’97-98 (32), ’98-99 (18), 1999-2000 (6) and 2000-2001 (16). Two different from 2001-02 include (33) 5” by 10” jobs from the start of the season and then 40+ late-season affairs measuring a bigger 7-1/2” by 10”. The 5” by 7” size returned for 2002-03 with 50+ including two versions, while the rest are smaller 3-1/2” by 5-1/2” postcard-size pictures and include (20) from 2003-04, (2) from 2005-06, (40+) from 2006-07, over 100 from 2007-08 and finally, four from 2009-10. Meanwhile, a big batch of ever-popular pocket schedules includes some 300, dating back to ’93-94 and with usually 10-or-more per season. Two dozen magnet skeds from 2005-06 are also to note. Completing the stash are Habs Christmas cards with envelopes; one from 1984, three from 1989, one from 1991, two from 1998 and nine from 2005. Go Habs Go!
