Trio of Ottawa Senators jerseys includes one signed by GM Randy Sexton approving colour scheme changes to the team’s black jersey for the 1995-96 season. Sexton signed in black marker and dated “Dec 14/94” on the front tail of this Sens prototype road jersey with a tag from the CCM archives attached by a plastic tie to the Maska flag tag in the neck. A COA accompanies an inaugural season era CCM white practice jersey which was worn by Kent Hawley, who spent the 1992-93 season with the Senators’ minor league team in New Haven. Also included is Martin Havlat’s #9 Sens black Jofa practice jersey. The Sens’ VP of marketing signed the prototype jersey along with an “OK” on the rear tail dated two days earlier. The black jersey, which added white bands on the sleeves and tail, has a size-52 flag tag; Hawley’s practice jersey with size-54 and Maska flag tags in the neck has #51 heat pressed in black vinyl on the back. The removable Velcro nameplate has his surname spelled out in heat pressed black vinyl letters. Complete and whole fight strap with one rusted grommet. Black marks on the front and rear tails and sleeves, and what appears to be a dried bloodstain high on the front of the left sleeve; Havlat’s black practice jersey has size 58 and Made in Canada flag tags in the neck. Marty’s #9 on the back is heat pressed white vinyl. The fight strap is whole and complete. Jofa and size 58 labels are sewn onto the front left tail and the NHL Center Ice patch is sewn onto the right breast.
