Bryan Smolinski's 2001-02 Kings gamer is adorned with a pairing of patches, including the large 2002 NHL All-Star Game crest. The colourful and patriotic "AM" patch commemorates scouts Ace Bailey and Mark Bavis, both victims of the September 11, 2001 tragic events in the United States. A "Los Angeles Kings, 2001-02 Set 1" patch sewn inside the rear hem is initialed by Kings trainer Peter Millar. V-neck CCM airknit with a size 58 flag tag has a small unrepaired nick hole to the right of the AM patch, loose threads on the bottom of both sleeves, and light marks on the tails and both sleeves. Included are a Kings LOA and a MeiGray certificate of registration.
