Daniel Alfredsson jumped to the NHL in the 1995-96 season and captured the Calder trophy as the league's rookie of the year. He has continued to impress, recording 1,082 points in only 1,189 games. This Ottawa Senators uniform, worn by Alfredsson in 1998-99, is a white CCM knit with an alternate's "A" on the chest and a CCM and size 56 tag in the collar. Game wear is nice, with loads of black stick marks, board burns and seven team repairs on the arms and lower front. Comes with a letter of authenticity on Senators letterhead. Also included is an official goal puck, scored by Alfredsson against the Kings on October 15, 2003 with an assist going to Martin Prusek, according to the accompanying COA from the MeiGray/NHL GamePucks Program. Housed in a charming wood and lucite display case, the puck features a security hologram that matches the one affixed to the COA. [red]Addendum; The Alfredsson goal puck is a very significant one, it made Alfredsson the Senators all time franchise point leader. This puck was for his 2nd goal of the season, 189th career goal & 492nd career point.[/red]
