The "Big M", Frank Mahovlich, was the star of the 17th annual NHL All-Star game, played at Toronto's Maple Leaf Gardens on October 5, 1963. Mahovlich, playing on a line with Red Kelly and Ed Litzenberger, had two goals and an assist to give the defending Cup champion Leafs a 3-3 tie with an All-Star team that featured 15 future Hall of Famers. Among those was Bobby Hull, who dazzled the crowd with a solo rush for a goal late in the 1st period, and was named a game star along with Mahovlich and Litzenberger. The goalies, including Glenn Hall, Terry Sawchuk and Johnny Bower, also stood out in a game that featured a combined 74 shots on goal. The offered game program is complete with its centerfold and in Ex condition with light cover wear.
