Maurice "Rocket" Richard is featured on the cover of the program for the 1958 All-Star game, played on October 4th of that year at the Montreal Forum. The visiting team of All-Stars proved no match for the powerful Montreal Canadiens, in the midst of a record five straight years as Stanley Cup champions, as the Habs prevailed 6-3 led by two goals from Richard and another by his little brother, Henri, with Dickie Moore assisting on all three. As often happened during the early years of the All-Star game, there was also a little rough stuff, with Montreal's Bernie 'Boom Boom' Geoffrion a casualty after a big hit by Detroit's Red Kelly. The program is complete and shows only very light signs of wear, resulting in an overall grade of Ex+.
