Historical Hockey Memorabilia Spring 2012
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/12/2012
Important pairing of game-worn Chicago Black Hawks player pants during 2010 Stanley Cup Championship Finals action. Dave Boland's black shells, complete with waist padding are well-worn CCM pants with his number "36" marked inside on the tagging. The Bauer shells worn by Patrick Sharp are in better condition yet still show obvious game use. Both sets were worn throughout the playoffs including the games of the Stanley Cup Finals in 2010. Each piece has been conclusively photo-matched and will come with images showing the positive matching. Bolland pants are photo-matched to the two big burn marks on the right leg (the one with 2 repairs on it) and the one below it and the thread missing at the bottom of the white/red/white stripe on the right leg as well. Sharp's pants are matched to the burn mark on the white/red/white stripes just below the middle thread line on the left leg, to the three close burn marks at the left of the same stripes higher above and to the long mark on the upper back of the right leg (second from bottom). The lot will come with 7 digital images showing the matches.
