Historical Hockey Memorabilia Spring 2012
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/12/2012
Based in Moncton, N.B., the New Brunswick Hawks were an early American Hockey League affiliate of the Chicago Black Hawks and Toronto Maple Leafs (1978-1982). This old durene knit, circa 1979-80, might have been worn during the period by Alain Daigle (1978-79) or J.P. Bordeleau (1980-82). The Maska Superfil tagging is coming loose in the neck and the shirt has the smaller double Maska logos on the lower hem. Great game wear with between 35 and 45 team repairs, depending on how you count, as a number are jumbled together into large patches of stitch work! Sweet!
