Historical Hockey Memorabilia Spring 2012

This classic Northland Custom Pro is a curious affair; like the sticks Norm Ullman used with the Detroit Red Wings but with the number "9" that he donned when he was traded to the Maple Leafs in March of 1968, stamped on the shaft. "Olympic Sporting Goods Co - Detroit, Michigan" appears on both sides of the shaft. "Ullman" is stamped halfway down the shaft, with black tape forming Ullman's standard knob and also on the blade, which exhibits time cracks but also remains solid. A solid, consistent performer was the 490-goal man who appeared in the NHL All-Star Game an impressive 11 times.
