The opening of Maple Leaf Gardens! The Toronto Maple Leafs' first Stanley Cup! The 1931-32 season will always be one of the most special in Maple Leafs history so here's an amazing piece to commemorate it, a team-signed stick autographed by 19 members of the Cup champion Leafs, including 9 members of the Hockey Hall of Fame! And to top it off, this 40" long Wright & Ditson souvenir hockey stick comes with a PSA/DNA letter of grading and authenticity. "World's Series 1931-32" is written on the heel of the blade along with the dates and results of the Leafs' three-game sweep of the Rangers in the Cup final. Deceased HOFers Conacher, Smythe, Primeau, Clancy, Day, Horner, Bailey, Irvin and Jackson have all signed along with all the other members of the team, the complete Cup final roster including backup goalie Benny Grant, between the heel and the mostly intact paper label on the top half of the shaft. This fascinating stick was found in the home of Jack Darragh, the son of Harold Darragh, by our consignor, who purchased the house some years ago. The PSA/DNA letter accords a grade of 8 to the autographs, which they list as totaling 18, though in fact there are clearly 19. An unbe-LEAF-able find! Moving up the shaft from the heel the stick is signed in order by:

Horner
