One all-coveted grade of GEM MT 10 and the rookie cards of two legendary Philadelphia Flyers constitute this intriguing trio, with the 1973-74 RC of Islanders’ forward Billy Harris receiving “10” recognition from PSA and joining five others on the company’s population report. Meanwhile, Bill Barber, coming off a 30-goal debut season when he appeared on his OPC RC, went on to pot 34 and help the Flyers to their first of two straight Stanley Cup titles later that year. His card #81 is slabbed MINT 9 and is one of (29) 9s on the PSA charts, out of over 150 total submissions, with none higher. Dave “Hammer” Schultz’s RC also checks in at MINT 9 and is only edged out by a pair of 10s. Note that all three cards here are of the “white” back variation and awaiting a big-time rookie card/’73-74 encapsulated stash.
